Fulgen, the norwegian coffee roastery who operates 6 cafes in Japan has recently opened a special spot in Tokyo. Fuglen’s Sangubashi café is set inside a beautifully restorted old Japanese house. While this Fuglen uses the same beans as its other outlets, what sets this Sangubashi café apart is the way it pushes the envelope by refining the beans’ flavour profiles through various preparation methods. The best way to experience the café is through the coffee tasting course where you’ll get to sample two types of coffee made in different ways. You’ll also get light snacks to enjoy with your brews.
