Welcome to the first edition of 2025. When we launched our first newsletter on May 1, 2024, Herr Ober was simply an idea—a way to curate places. But since then, it’s grown into something much bigger: a platform that connects like-minded people from around the world.

Here’s the truth: we all need new friends. They expand our horizons, challenge our thinking, and remind us that the world is full of possibilities. Through building Herr Ober, I’ve learned that people everywhere—regardless of where they’re from—are kind at their core. And at the end of the day, we all want the same things: love for those closest to us and the chance to grow into something better.

So why not share and build these experiences together? Starting something new can feel isolating, but when you open your mind and heart to the right people and experiences, it becomes an incredible journey of inspiration and growth.

Our community has been at the heart of everything we’ve built.
