COURCHEVEL EDITION

Courchevel: The “Crown Jewel” of the Three Valleys

Nestled in the heart of the French Alps, Courchevel isn’t just a ski destination—it’s a masterclass in how luxury and exclusivity drive value. Part of the iconic Les Trois Vallées ski domain, it’s a carefully curated ecosystem where perfectly groomed pistes meet Michelin-starred dining, and high-end chalets redefine what it means to unwind.

It’s not just about the skiing; it’s about the stories too, Roman Abramovich drank €10,000 bottles of Rémy Martin at Piggies—a deceptively ordinary-looking bar at the heart of the resort. Not to be outdone, the CEO of Samsung rented three entire pistes so he could learn to ski without sharing a charlift with others. Ski Resorts Are Dystopian Playgrounds, and We Love Them Anyway

Les Airelles: A Tale of Innovation, Tradition & Privilege:

Les Airelles in Courchevel is Airelles’ first property and the inspiration behind the collection’s name. This historic Palace and magnificent hotel is nestled at the heart of the 3 Valleys. Built in the prestigious Jardin Alpin domain on the edge of the 1850 Courchevel ski slopes, the Palace resembles a 19th-century Austro-Hungarian castle.

The tranquil Airelles Spa by La Mer offers a menu of restorative treatments including cryotherapy. Les Airelles is home to three exceptional chalets, located next to the hotel, just steps from the slopes. The highly-appointed chalets vary in size from 1,000 m2 to 1,300m2, accommodating up to 15 guests.

ROYAL MANSOUR’S LA GRANDE TABLE MAROCAINE RESIDENCY

While in Les Airelles, we had the pleasure of experiencing La Grande Table Marocaine from Royal Mansour Marrakech, which brought Moroccan refinement to the alpine peaks. In the intimate setting of Le Fumoir, we enjoyed traditional Moroccan dishes such as tajines and pastillas. Royal Mansour had brought its own chef and staff to les Airelles to ensure a fully authentic experience.
