On May 7 at Soho House Berlin, HERR OBER sat down with the minds behind some of the most exciting food, drink, and hospitality brands shaping the city: DALUMA, SLOWNESS, STUDIO BEURRE, SOFT SERVES, HALO BAGELS, ROMEO’S, HO LEE FOOK, , and LOTI PANTON.

The conversation wasn’t about trends. It was about what actually builds a brand, the unseen work, the pressure, and the people at the center of it all. Because branding matters, Culture matters. But so does the ability to show up and execute ; every single day; with consistency.

No one on that panel built their brand with perfect timing, perfect funding, or perfect conditions.

They just started, with belief, clarity, and the discipline to keep showing up.
